EUROPEAN LITIGATION FUND is an active player at the patent market, alongside with the financing of the legal protection and management of distressed assets.

We have to warn, that our style of work at this market is characterized by increased aggressiveness and a particularly developed defense of the Fund's interests. Our mission at this market is not only to manage the portfolio of patents, but also to actively create the pilot (experimental) productions, where the prototypes of patented products would be produced. After this, the Fund will be ready to assume responsibility for the commercial use or sale of these products and the patents used in them.
